Hello.

Hola Mi Amigos. Kate feels so many things. I have had quite a time lately. I traveled to New Orleans and it was magic. The city thrums with it's own rhythm beating and bumping along to life's busy course. Nothing too bad can happen there, and if it does there is always the promise of beignets and chicory coffee in the morning. I spent time with the loveliest of creatures and found things that had been lost. Lazy sunshine and big smiles. The Louisianan sun marked me for its own and now all who look in my direction see its sun-fingers splayed across my cheeks and breast plate. Pictures from this adventure are on their way. On other notes, tonight I dedicated to the great financial aid hunt. Scholarships, you are not safe from me. I will find you and make you pay. I have little room for productive thoughts however as I imagine my future and daydream about silly little things. This though process led me to my car, dog in tow, and directed me to the windy back roads of the untouched Kentucky beauty. So much green it blows my mind. Little birds racing my car and lazy cows barely giving my zooming vehicle a second glance. Oz's fur all ruffled from the spring breeze and my laughs echoing off of the hills; and at this moment I missed so many things and rejoiced in so many others. Now it is time for a hot cup of tea and a good night wish with my favorite pup. Good night and good journey.
